As I always say; “Start at the beginning.” So that’s what I will do.

Here are some of the brooches that my friend Rosa made and had for sale. I bet you know why I love the dress she has them displayed on. 😉

One of my customers from the 2015 Kansas Barn Sale called me to ask me if I could make an owl purse. So I did.

Thanks to my sister who always knows the best way to photograph my creations. Thank you Jackie for always being there for me.

I got to spend some quality time with my dear friend Lisa. I am so glad that we have gotten reacquainted after all these years. I love that she makes time to spend with me when she is in town. And I love that I made her laugh. 🙂 She is so pretty inside and out.

He was so adorable and was such a good sport when I asked to take his picture. He even stopped to pose and walked all the way to his car with it on his shoulder.

I love that our airport is so close and they have made a special little drive that you can park your car while waiting on people or a special person to come into town on a plane. I sit here and wait for a text from the person on the plane.

I am so glad that I always have my camera ready to shoot a picture. Joshua isn’t always happy about it, but he knows that it is important to me to save a memory.

John went to pick up Megan from school as I picked up Joshua from the airport. Then we all met up at Village Inn. Megan’s first words were, “does Momma know you are here?”

Joshua requested a few food items when he told me he was coming to Wichita. One of them was homemade baked mac and cheese.

This was on a Wednesday night and Megan had to go home. She was so sad to leave Joshua as she only got to spend the evening with him. I think we all had tears in our eyes.

Joshua had also requested that I make a dental appointment for him. Here we are waiting for the dentist. He has been going to Dr. Detmer since he was just a little guy.

Rian and Joshua thought that I would like to have a manicure. Since I had never had one I thought, why not?

I took a week off so that I could be with Joshua and I love that he included me in on some of his outing with Rian. I loved my manicure so much that I have already booked another one this week.

Another one of Joshua’s meal requests was fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans. I even made fried chicken for Rian with rice flour.
Stay tuned for Part 2 of Joshua’s visit.
Happy days 🙂 Jennifer looks stunning at Brandi’s memorial (red and black are her colours) and I love Megan’s blue nails (even more than your purple ones, sorry).
I think secretly Joshua loves having his pic takes.
❤ you. x

1.) Love that you hit up an art crawl but upset that a week later you balked at the Final Friday business. Next time……
2.) I enjoy this picture of Lisa. Good smiley snap.
3.) The image of me as you were driving up.
4.) The one of lil’ Meg peeking around me at VI.
5.) The one of all of us on the floor.
6.) Meg’s secret photo skills, camera would be a great idea, let us discuss.
7.) Love your hands, you have to tell me how the next mani goes.
8.) All the food, can’t wait to see more.
9.) Rian and I, always classic. The last ones were us taking selfies on her phone hahahaha.
The end.

What can I say? I am so THRILLED you had a week-long visit with Joshua!!!
I love that art show you attend. And I love the colors used in that second market bag of Rosa’s.
The owl purse is adorable .. as is the model. LOL
Love that you finally had a manicure .. and already booked a second one. Also love that color purple. … I noticed your “Cupie” is now blonde rather than purple. 😉
Thanks for the update & all the pics of your fun memories, Tamara!
